EPISODE 86 : A Wing And A Prayer

One podcast deserves one more to follow it. Recorded the same night, and right after episode #85, I'd like you all to meet episode #86! A continuation of the evening, if you will.

Heard in this episode... James Burton probably wrote the lick to Suzie Q by Dale Hawkins, Martin L. Gore is a big Leonard Cohen fan, Richard Buckner is an artist unto himself, Fleetwood Mac had an incredible talent in Peter Green... not only an INSANE guitarist, but I've always loved his voice, he was a man of the world, Fred Astaire faces the music, Sammy Davis, Jr. notices that he is "too close", The Smiths notice the streets of London, Teenage Fanclub channels Pink Floyd, we see that the world is in a hell of a fix, Son Volt still do their thing, Flaming Lips Race for it, and Kevin Russell aka Shinyribs submits a song only days old that reflects what we are all dealing with right now. A demo recording of a song not available ANYWHERE! Or, at least at the time of this podcast. Be safe out there, take care of yourselves, and thank you all for the time you spend listening to this podcast. I hope it remains consistent and solid. I love doing it. See you all on #87!
